SMS Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to text messages sent by Moment 8 for Memory Drop contributor invitations.

Moment 8 sends individual text messages to people who have agreed to receive an invitation to contribute a personal video memory to a specific Memory Drop. Messages may contain a secure, unique link to moment8drop.com and limited follow-up information about the requested contribution. The program is not used for third-party advertising.
Consent
Before a message is sent, a prospective contributor provides permission to a Moment 8 representative and supplies the mobile number where the invitation should be delivered. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Do not forward a personal invitation link to another person.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on the invitation and contribution. Recipients generally receive an invitation and may receive limited follow-up messages. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any Moment 8 message to stop receiving text messages. After opting out, a recipient may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or email mike@moment8.com. A recipient who previously opted out may receive messages again only after providing renewed consent.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Moment 8 handles contributor and mobile information. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Eligibility and acceptable use
Recipients must be authorized to use the mobile number provided. Secure links are intended only for the named invitee. Contributors must submit only content they created or control and must accept the contributor authorization presented during upload.
Changes and contact
Moment 8 may update these terms as the messaging program changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to mike@moment8.com.
